How soon can I upgrade my wardrobe? We offer three shipping speeds across the USA to ensure you’re ready for any occasion:

  • Express Shipping: $20 (3-6 business days) – For when you need that sharp look by the weekend.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your Velvet Vested package begins its journey.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We ship to all valid residential and business addresses within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and military (APO/FPO) addresses.

SIZING & FIT

How do I find my perfect fit? Confidence starts with the right fit. Please refer to our Detailed Size Guide [Link] which includes chest, waist, and length measurements. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, we generally recommend sizing up.

Do your clothes shrink after washing? We use many pre-shrunk fabrics. However, to maintain the "Velvet" feel and "Vested" structure of your garments, we recommend washing in cold water and hanging to dry.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to feel unstoppable in our gear. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

What if I receive a defective item? Quality is our priority. If an item arrives with a defect, please email us at info@velvetvested.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
